In case you receive your order and you are not satisfied with the product, a change may be made within 14 days from the date of receipt. The necessary condition is that the product has not been used and is returned in its original state and packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
The CUSTOMER shall be responsible for the return of the product in safe packaging and shall pay the shipping costs of the refund. The refund shall be made exclusively by the courier company.
As soon as we receive the products and complete their necessary evaluation, the CUSTOMER will be refunded the cost of the products with the same payment method they used to purchase them in the first place. The refund procedure will take no longer than 14 days after the date of receipt of the products by the COMPANY.
The refund of the money (in the event that the cash upon delivery or bank deposit payment methods were used) is made from the COMPANY’S bank account in PIRAEUS BANK. In case the CUSTOMER’S account belongs to a different bank, the CUSTOMER bears any extra charges.
In the case of a product which has been used or worn, there is no possibility of switching or returning.
